We are hiring an Account Executive who owns the full sales cycle. You'll build your own pipeline, run multi-stakeholder deals, and grow into Enterprise as we scale. You'll report into the CRO and work directly with the founders.

This is a rare chance to join early, own meaningful pipeline, work directly with founders, and grow into an Enterprise Account Executive within 12-18 months.

Your role

We are looking for a true business hunter who will own a full sales cycle across pipeline creation, opportunity management, and closing mid-market opportunities.

You know how to create momentum, run sharp discovery, engage multiple stakeholders, and guide deals forward with structure and confidence.

You are equally comfortable prospecting into new accounts, running commercial conversations, building proposals, and negotiating deals.

You will start with a strong focus on self-generated pipeline and develop into a more strategic closing role within your first six months.

What you do

Build your own pipeline

Create opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and account based motions.

Run full sales cycles

Manage opportunities from first meeting through discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.

Sell to multiple stakeholders

Engage technical buyers, marketing leaders, privacy teams, and commercial decision makers.

Lead discovery conversations

Uncover real pain points, buying triggers, current setups, and urgency to build strong business cases.

Deliver compelling demos and proposals

Translate Webclew's technical value into commercial outcomes that matter to each stakeholder.

Drive deal momentum

Own next steps, follow-up rhythm, stakeholder mapping, and internal champion enablement to keep deals moving.

Maintain pipeline discipline

Keep our CRM clean and your pipeline forecasts accurately.

Partner closely with product

Bring objections and feature gaps back to the product team. Stay current on our roadmap developments and update prospects on new use cases.

Work closely with marketing

Shape campaigns, messaging, and account-based initiatives to penetrate new accounts, verticals, and markets with the marketing team.

Attend industry events

Represent Webclew at conferences and industry events.

Who you are

At Webclew, mindset beats pedigree. We are looking for a hunter who's energetic, commercial, and hands-on.

  • You've closed deals for B2B SaaS into mid-market or enterprise accounts with 3+ years of experience.
  • You have a track record of overachieving SDR or AE targets.
  • You cold call, run multi-channel outbound, and source pipeline without waiting to be told.
  • You are equally comfortable with technical and commercial stakeholders and can hold your own product conversations.
  • You ask sharp discovery questions and uncover urgency beyond interest.
  • You handle rejection without flinching and stay creative when deals stall.
  • You enjoy coaching, feedback, and honing your sales craft.
  • You understand that complex deals require persistence and structure.
  • You are fluent in English. French is strongly preferred. Dutch and other European languages are a plus.
  • You're knowledgeable about ad tech, privacy, and app development.
