Customer Success Engineer
We are looking for a senior technical product expert who helps customers get most out of Webclew. This role leads customer success, supports sales through technical demos, and translates customer insights into product feedback.

What you do
Support technical sales
Demonstrate Webclew's value to prospects through product demos, technical deep dives, and proof-of-value tracks.
Lead customer onboarding and implementation
Guide customers from kick-off to first value. Define success criteria, configure accounts, and help customers understand the insights Webclew generates across their web and mobile products.
Drive customer adoption
Enable teams to use Webclew effectively, help customers interpret findings, and support them in operationalising insights across product, marketing and privacy teams.
Maintain vendor intelligence
Enrich Webclew's proprietary network traffic classification database by orchestrating agentic data collection flows and auditing database quality.
Translate customer insight into product feedback
Turn customer questions and product feedback into clear signals for the engineering team.
Who you are

- You are comfortable in customer-facing situations and enjoy supporting technical conversations with prospects and customers.
- You can clearly explain complex systems and translate technical concepts into understandable business outcomes during demos, onboarding sessions and product discussions.
- You understand modern web and mobile tracking ecosystems, including how analytics tools, advertising vendors and third-party SDKs interact with consent signals and privacy requirements.
- You work in a structured and precise way. You keep environments, audit results and vendor mappings accurate and up to date.
- You enjoy improving systems and processes and naturally look for ways to make workflows more efficient.
- You collaborate easily with engineers, product managers and commercial teams.
- You learn quickly. Coding or database experience is a plus, but curiosity and problem-solving ability matter more.
- You're fluent in English, French, or Dutch. Other languages are a plus.
- You get energised by a fast-moving startup and take ownership without waiting to be told.
