- High standards over rushed delivery
- Wellbeing over burnout
We move fast, but without chaos. We work hard, and log off after.

You work in a small team where ownership is real and decisions are fast.

You'll fit right in if... You have strong experience in Node.js, React and TypeScript. You understand how web applications work - from architecture to security. You've built APIs and enjoy doing it well. You're comfortable with databases like MongoDB, ClickHouse and Redis. You think beyond "it works" and aim for "this is built right". You enjoy ownership and making technical decisions. You balance speed with robustness. You use AI tools to move faster, without sacrificing quality. You care about what you build.
