Marketing Manager

Build the marketing function from scratch. Then run it.

We are looking for a senior marketer who will help put Webclew on the map, generate pipeline, and help scale Webclew’s growth engine. This role owns campaigns, content, events, and digital lead generation, while working closely with sales, product, and the founders.

You have strong opinions about what works in marketing and the energy to prove it. You'd rather write the copy, launch the campaign, run the event, or fix the funnel yourself than spend a week aligning on who should. At this stage, taste, direction, and execution are the same job.

Webclew shows companies what their web and mobile apps actually do. We surface every data flow and continuously validate it against performance and compliance requirements. What used to take developers and privacy experts weeks now gets done for every release in a matter of hours.

You'll own marketing end to end (strategy, execution, and measurement) working directly with the founders. As we scale, this role can evolve into a CMO position.

What you do

Own the marketing plan and calendar

Build and manage a clear quarterly and monthly marketing plan aligned to growth priorities, launches, events, and pipeline targets.

Drive digital lead generation

Run paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, and other relevant channels to generate qualified inbound demand.

Create content that converts

Own newsletters, one-pagers, whitepapers, blogposts, customer stories, and sales enablement assets that educate the market.

Partner with sales

Support outbound campaigns, account-based motions, nurturing flows, and campaign follow-up to help the commercial team hit targets.

Own website messaging and conversion

Improve website copy, landing pages, and digital journeys so visitors clearly understand Webclew’s value and convert into leads.

Organise webinars and events

Plan and execute webinars, roundtables, sponsored events, and industry conference presence.

Translate product into market language

Work closely with product and founders to turn launches, updates, and roadmap progress into strong external messaging quickly.

Measure and optimise performance

Track campaign results, lead quality, funnel conversion, and ROI. Double down on what works and improve what does not.

Who you are

At Webclew, mindset beats pedigree. We are looking for someone who enjoys building rather than inheriting.

  • You've shipped B2B marketing programs that produced real pipeline. You can point to specific campaigns, the numbers they drove, and what you'd do differently next time.
  • You have compelling experience in B2B marketing for SaaS or AI-native products.
  • You know how to combine content, digital, and field marketing into one growth motion.
  • You can take a complex technical topic and turn it into a paragraph anyone wants to finish.
  • You know which metrics signal real demand and which are vanity.
  • You get stuff done. You can launch a paid campaign, brief a designer, and host a webinar in one day.
  • You're comfortable being the only marketeer for now working closely with sales.
  • You enjoy startup life with high highs, low lows, and the fact that every week feels different.
  • You are fluent in English. Dutch and French are a plus.
  • You're curious about privacy, ad tech, or data infrastructure. The category rewards depth.
  • You’re knowledgeable about ad tech, privacy, and app development.
  • You work on European time.
